Don Jensen graduated from Corban University with a degree in Family Studies. He accredits this training in helping him negotiate land projects with owners, local government agencies, and contractors to maintain order and continuity within projects. Since 1996 Don has developed more than 3,000 lots and built over 500 homes in the Willamette Valley area.
In 1998 Don sat on the board of the City of Keizer’s Urban Renewal Area. That is when he saw the potential to help develop 200+ acre mixed use development near I-5. Today the first 100 acres have been developed and known as the Keizer Station. Don also started his own mortgage lending and real estate companies and was fortunate to merge those companies in 2006 with Directors Mortgage and Legacy Real Estate. Don has realized that his strength is in developing partnerships. He has collaborated with some of the best contractors and developers in Oregon and has realized that, when you get your ego out of the equation, you can evaluate the project based on bottom line, instead of personal desires or trophies. |
