Mixed Use Development, Keizer Station
Don Jensen worked with 27 landowners to assemble the Keizer Station project. The completed project features over 800,000 square feet of retail, complemented by industrial, office, hotel, and hospitality on over 200 acres. Coordination between developer, municipality, neighbors, and ODOT was critical to the success of the center, and all parties worked together to ensure the project One unique component of the project is the Civil War Train that references the local rivalry between the University of Oregon Ducks and the Oregon State Beavers.”
